Welcome to LeaderAdvisor. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our leadership mentoring and business coaching for executives at leaderadvisor.top. 1. Scope of Services

LeaderAdvisor provides personalized mentoring sessions, group workshops, digital guides, and branded merchandise. All services are subject to these terms.

2. Professional Services

Our leadership mentoring and executive coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Clients may reschedule a session free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Due to the bespoke nature and preparatory effort involved, once a session has commenced or materials have been provided, no reimbursement will be granted for that session.

3. Digital Products

Digital materials, including e-guides and recorded webinars, are delivered electronically. Clients may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To initiate a reimbursement request, please use our contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 7 business days.

4. Physical Goods

Physical merchandise is shipped to the address provided at checkout. Clients have 30 days from delivery to request an or reimbursement. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping costs for sending back the item. Once we receive and inspect the item, reimbursement is processed within 7 business days via the original payment channel.

5. Reimbursement Procedures

All approved reimbursement requests are handled promptly. LeaderAdvisor will issue the funds through the same channel used for payment. Under special circumstances, we may offer service credit or rescheduling instead of direct funds issuance.

6. Non-Reimbursable Programs

Certain premium and intensive mentoring packages involve dedicated resource allocation, customized planning, and exclusive executive support. These bespoke engagements are non-reimbursable once confirmed to ensure reserved expertise and availability for each client.

7. Amendments

LeaderAdvisor may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect upon posting on leaderadvisor.top. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
